Sandrine Agie

Sandrine has been working in the communications industry for more than 20 years. In 1997 she joined Interel, where she moved up through the ranks to become Director in charge of corporate & crisis communications. In 2008 she co-founded Whyte Corporate Affairs. Sandrine specializes in crisis communication, Belgian public affairs and corporate communication, managing assignments combining these three disciplines. Building on her background as a lawyer, Sandrine specializes, amongst others, in regulatory affairs, ‘Not In My Backyard’ issues and permitting projects. An active networker who is always keen to build bridges between the business and political communities, Sandrine is also a Board member at BECI (Brussels employer association) and Vice-Chair of Amcham’s Membership Committee. She is a lecturer in Strategic Communication at University of Louvain. Sandrine studied Law and Philosophy (UCL – University of Louvain).


Joris Bulteel

Joris is a public affairs expert who started his career in trade associations in Brussels, London and Washington DC. Before co-founding Whyte Corporate Affairs, he was Director of Interel, in charge of the Belgian public affairs practice. He has a specific experience in dealing with issue-driven lobbying and crisis communication projects. Working for both corporations and industry associations, his role ranges from strategic counsel and sounding board to active engagement in business representation, negotiation and mediation. An advocate of a ‘new school’ approach to public affairs, he is a firm believer that these disciplines can provide an efficient and effective answer to business critical issues. He studied Political Science (University of Antwerp) and holds an MBA in General Management (Vlerick Business School). Joris is, amongst others, a co-founder and board member of Bepact and Vice-Chair of the Amcham Antwerp Chapter, and is an active networker in the world of business, politics and culture He regularly lectures on crisis communication, public affairs and the Belgian political and stakeholder landscape at a.o. Universiteit Antwerpen, Vlerick Business School and the VUB Diplomatic Academy.


Eveline De Ridder

Eveline has 20 years of experience as a communication professional. She started her career as a freelance journalist and worked in a small PR firm before joining Interel PR&PA in 2000, were she made her way up and became Associate Director in charge of the Corporate Communication team. She has a very strong track record working on Health and Food issues, working on assignments ranging from corporate positioning, awareness campaigns and endorsement strategies to crisis & issues management. Having acted as an ‘ad interim’ spokesperson for a large international FMCG company, she knows the inside-outs from companies and perfectly knows how to bridge the gap between those ‘insides’ and the ‘outside’ world. In 2008, Eveline was one of the co-founders of Whyte Corporate Affairs, to which she brings a digital touch. Eveline gives guest lectures on crisis communication and social media. Eveline joined the board of C², the professional association of communication professionals in Belgium. She studied Political & Social Science (Catholic University of Brussels) and Communication Science (Free University of Brussels). 


Emmanuel Goedseels

Emmanuel Goedseels worked several years as a journalist for France-Inter (Paris) and the newspaper Le Soir (Brussels). In 1988, he started working as a communication consultant. In 1997 he joined Interel, where he became Managing Director. In 2008, he co-founded Whyte Corporate Affairs. Emmanuel specialises in corporate communication, crisis communication and financial communication. More particularly, he has an extensive track record in restructuring schemes, social issues and change management. As an expert in reputation management who believes in the importance of both quantitative and qualitative analysis, he is the driving force behind the development of reputation audits and other analytical tools which help Whyte and its clients to define efficient and effective communication strategies. Emmanuel studied Journalism and Communications (University of Louvain), and he followed the Executive Management Program at the Harvard Business School. He teaches Strategic Communication at University of Louvain.


Isabelle Hardy

Isabelle Hardy joined Whyte Corporate Affairs in November 2017. She worked for more than 23 years at akkanto, an independent communications consultancy based in Brussels, of which she laid the foundations in 1995. She started her career in 1986 at the communication agency Infopublic (currently Weber-Shandwick), after which she gained additional experience in the communication department of Lintas (advertising) and Ogilvy (Ogilvy Adams & Rinehart Brussels).In recent years, Isabelle has advised a large number of blue chip companies with major change programmes, collective lay-offs, crisis communications and issues management. She also has a lot of experience in media trainings, personal coaching (CEO level) and presentation techniques. In her daily work, she will put as much energy into perfecting every detail as she will into an added value strategic vision of your company. Isabelle is often asked as a guest speaker in crisis communication and media relations at the KULeuven, the IHECS, and the Multilingual Business Communications Department of Universiteit Gent. 


Stéphanie Rutten

After her law studies at the Université de Namur, the KU Leuven and the Universität Wien, Stéphanie obtained a Master’s degree at Columbia University (New York) and started her career with the international law firm Linklaters. For almost 10 years, she built up a vast experience in corporate law and M&A. In 2005, Stéphanie was appointed advisor to the President of the Belgian Red Cross H.R.H. Princess Astrid, and in 2010 she joined the Diplomatic Representation of Belgium to the European Institutions.​ Stéphanie, who joined Whyte Corporate Affairs in 2012, has extensive experience in public affairs and in issue-driven lobbying. Stéphanie also provides corporate communications strategies and solutions within sensitive legal contexts, such as for instance complex litigation cases, M&A announcements, shareholders’ disputes, etc.​
